Announcement for the Final Competition of the 17th National University Student Social Practice and Science Contest on Energy Saving and Emission Reduction (Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and International Group)

 

Final Competition Dates:

August 5th - August 6th

Schedule:

The finals for the Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and International group will be held online via Tencent Meeting:

Note: Each team is limited to 2 students for the defense, and students should change their names to “the work number + name”when joining the meeting.

Receipt :

Please have each team send the attached Form 2 - Team receipt (rename the file to Work Number + Competition Acknowledgment), as well as the vector image of the university emblem (rename the file to Work Number + University Name + Emblem), packaged and sent to the designated email of the competition organizing committee: jnjp_17@vip.163.com by 17:00 on July 15th. The subject of the email should be: [International group] - Work Number - Receipt.

Preparation of Final Competition Materials:

Electronic Materials. Please package the final version of the Integrity Commitment Letter, Work Instruction Manual, PPT, and video attachments into a compressed file, named [International group] - Work Number - Final Materials, and send it to the designated email of the competition organizing committee: jnjp_17@vip.163.com before July 26th. The subject of the email should be: [International group] - Work Number - Final Materials.

Special Note: The work title, instructor, and participant order should be based on the previously submitted instruction manual and integrity commitment letter. The team leader must participate with a student status certificate from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, or an international unit. If the final submitted work title and personnel information do not match the previous submission, it will be treated as academic misconduct.

Review and Defense:

Each work''''s final defense PPT presentation should not exceed 10 minutes.

Other:

Please ensure that the universities and teams that have made it to the finals carefully read all notices and attachment information. All competition-related information will be continuously published on the official website, so please pay attention to the official website notifications at all times.
